How long do I have to rent for?+
Minimum two weeks. No maximum. Your first payment covers four weeks and unused time beyond the minimum is refunded. Leave with just 1 week's notice.
Do I need to bring my own lock?+
No — every new customer gets a free padlock at move-in. Your unit is secured with your own padlock, and you get through the gate with your personal PIN.
Can you accept deliveries to my unit?+
Yes. During staffed hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), we'll accept deliveries on your behalf and place them in your unit. Great for e-commerce businesses.
Is there CCTV?+
24/7 HD CCTV throughout the facility. Plus each unit has its own alarm. Multiple layers of security.
Can I access my unit at 2am?+
Yes — 24/7 access means exactly that: any hour, any day, 365 days a year.
