What size unit suits an established business with multi-pallet stock?+

Most established businesses take a Max (75–100 sq ft, ~4–6 pallets), Mega (100–125 sq ft, ~6–8 pallets) or Titan (125+ sq ft). For 200+ sq ft we can scope multi-unit setups. Drive-up access and 24/7 entry are standard.

Can I receive bulk supplier deliveries (pallets, couriers)?+

Yes. We accept supplier deliveries on your behalf — pallet, parcel or courier — and store them securely until you collect. Drive-up access means a forklift or pallet truck can move stock straight into your unit.

Do you offer business invoicing and longer terms?+

Yes. We can set up monthly business invoicing and longer agreed terms for established businesses. Standard is weekly billing with one week’s notice to leave — but we will work to whatever your business needs.

Can my team have separate access?+

Each unit has individual electronic locks with PIN access. We can issue multiple PINs to authorised team members, and audit logs show who accessed and when.

Is the site insured? Should I insure my stock too?+

The building has commercial insurance, but customers are responsible for insuring the contents of their unit. Many UK businesses already have stock insurance that covers off-site storage — check your policy or speak to your broker.

Can I use this as a registered business address?+

Storage units are for storage only, not registered business addresses. But you can absolutely have all stock and supplier deliveries sent here.

What if I outgrow the unit mid-term?+

Easy — take a second unit, or upgrade to a larger one. We will help you move across with no penalty for changing.
