Larger units range from £7.25/week (Nano, 15 sq ft) up to £72.00/week (Ultra, 150+ sq ft). No deposit required. Minimum rental is 1 week. Prices shown are before VAT.

Yes. 24/7 access, 365 days a year. Midnight, 5am, Christmas Day — your unit, your schedule. You get your own personal PIN code and electronic lock key. No staff needed, just turn up.

Yes. During staffed hours (Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–4pm), we can accept deliveries from couriers on your behalf. We'll notify you when a delivery arrives and place it securely in your unit. Particularly useful for e-commerce businesses using us for stock storage.

We have multiple layers of security: 24/7 HD CCTV covering all areas, individual unit alarms (each unit has its own alarm only you can disarm), personal PIN codes for electronic locks, and flood-lit premises. St Stephens Mill, Ripley Street is a solid, secure building. We take security seriously.

Yes. University of Bradford students get 50% off their first month. Our Pico student lockers (10 sq ft) start from £4.75/week, so your first month works out to just £9.50 with the discount. Just show a valid student ID card at move-in. No online code needed.

It depends on what you're storing. As a rough guide: Pico (10 sq ft) is good for a student's belongings; Core (25 sq ft) fits a one-bedroom flat's contents; Max (50 sq ft) fits a two-bedroom home; Titan (100 sq ft) fits a four-bedroom house or commercial stock. No. Every unit comes with an electronic lock and your personal PIN code. There is no shared key, no padlock to lose, and no one else has your access code. The lock is included in your rental.

Space Buddy is at St Stephens Mill, Ripley Street, Bradford, BD5 7JW. We are 5 minutes on foot from Bradford Interchange (the main train and bus station), walking distance from the University of Bradford campus, and easily accessible by car from the M606, M62, and A650. There is on-site parking.
