Bradford has a new self storage facility. Space Buddy Self Storage opened its doors in October 2026, based at St Stephens Mill, Ripley Street, Bradford, BD5 7JW — a short hop from the city centre and the surrounding towns of Shipley, Saltaire, Baildon and Keighley.

Access and security
Your things should be there when you need them — and safe when you don’t. Every unit has 24/7 access, so you’re never tied to office hours; pop in early, late, or at the weekend. The facility is covered by CCTV and secure entry, and you hold your own lock and key, so only you get into your unit. It’s clean, dry and indoors, which keeps furniture, stock and boxes in good condition whilst they’re with us.
How the 50% launch offer works
Space Buddy is now open. To mark the launch, every customer who signs up gets 50% off your first 12 months, then the standard rate from month 13. That’s a tidy saving — typically ~£525 saved over the first year.
The offer applies to every unit size and is available to every customer who signs up now. You pick a size and send us an enquiry, with no deposit. The minimum stay is two weeks. Your first payment covers four weeks, and any unused time beyond the two-week minimum is refunded.
