How the 50% launch offer works
In short: every Space Buddy customer gets 50% off your first 12 months — on any unit size — then the standard rate from month 13. Typically ~£450 savedover the year on a mid-size unit. There’s no payment now; you just reserve before we open to lock it in.
Space Buddy is a brand-new facility — opening 31 august 2026. The launch offer is our way of saying thank you to the people who back us early, before we’ve opened our doors. It’s a genuine launch deal, not a gimmick with small print: half price for your entire first year, whatever size unit you take.
We’re based at St Stephens Mill, Ripley Street, Bradford, BD5 7JW, so it’s an easy hop for anyone storing across Bradford and nearby — Shipley, Saltaire, Baildon and Keighley included. Here’s exactly what the offer is, who it suits, and how to claim it.
What you get
One discount, applied to every unit in the building, for a full year:

- Our smallest locker drops from £7.00/week to £3.50/week — bigger units save proportionally more

The honest bit
The 50% applies for your first 12 months from move-in; from month 13 you pay the standard rate for your unit. The ~£450 savedfigure is a typical year-one saving on a mid-size unit and will vary with the size you choose — bigger units save more, smaller units a little less. We may withdraw the offer for new customers as launch passes, but once you’ve reserved, your discount is locked in.
Who is it for?
Everyone — that’s the point. If you know you’ll want storage in or around Bradford, reserving early gets you half price for a year. It suits a few people especially well:
