How the Founding 50 offer works

Space Buddy is a brand-new facility — opening 31 august 2026. The Founding 50 is our way of saying thank you to the people who back us early, before we’ve opened our doors. It’s a genuine launch deal, not a gimmick that quietly disappears: the first 50 customers to reserve get a real, lasting discount.
We’re based at St Stephens Mill, Ripley Street, Bradford, BD5 7JW, so it’s an easy hop for anyone storing across Bradford and nearby — Shipley, Saltaire, Baildon and Keighley included. Here’s exactly what the offer is, who it suits, and how to claim it.
What you get
The Founding 50 is two discounts rolled into one, and the second one never expires whilst you stay with us:
- 50% off months 1–3 — half price whilst you settle in
- Then 10% off as long as you stay — the discount carries on, month after month
- A typical saving of £82 saved over your first six months
The honest bit
Spots are limited to 50 customers — once they’re gone, they’re gone. The ~£82 saved figure is a typical six-month saving and will vary with the unit size you choose; your bigger units save more, smaller units a little less. The 10% as long as you stay keeps applying for as long as you keep your unit with us.
Who is it for?
Anyone who knows they’ll want storage in or around Bradford and is happy to reserve early. It suits a few people especially well:
- Movers bridging a chain delay or a gap between tenancies
- Students clearing a room over the holidays

How to claim it

Founding 50 vs the student discount
If you’re a student, you have a choice. As well as the Founding 50, we run a separate 10% student discount — 10% off with a valid student id. These two offers are alternatives: they don’t stack. You simply take whichever saves you more.
For most people, the Founding 50’s 50% off months 1–3 comes out clearly ahead in the early months, then 10% off as long as you stay matches the student rate after that. The 10% student discountis the better fit if the Founding 50 spots have already gone, or if you’d rather not commit to reserving early. Either way, you’ll never pay both at once — and we’ll always apply the one that’s cheaper for you.
