Is there a minimum rental period?
You can store for as little as 1 week. No long-term commitment required.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes. We include basic insurance coverage from £X as standard. You can top up if you need more protection.
Can I access my unit anytime?
Standard access hours are 6am–10pm, 7 days a week. Business customers can apply for extended or 24/7 access.
Do you offer support in languages other than English?
Yes! We offer multilingual support, including assistance in Urdu and Punjabi.
Can I get help receiving business deliveries?
Absolutely. We accept packages on your behalf and safely store them in your unit. Just let our team know in advance.
What security measures are in place?
Our facility is monitored by 24/7 CCTV, secured by gated PIN access, and each unit is individually alarmed.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase one from our on-site shop when you arrive.
