Where is Space Buddy located?
We’re based at St Stephens Mill, Bradford BD5 7DP. We are the only self-storage near the Bradford Interchange. We are the only self-storage company in Bradford with City Centre access.
What sizes do your storage units come in?
We offer units ranging from 10 sq ft lockers to over 150 sq ft warehouse-style spaces. A size calculator is available on our quote page.
Is there a minimum rental period?
You can store for as little as 1 week. No long-term commitment required.
Can I buy extra insurance for valuables?
Yes, Top up insurance is available at checkout. All units must be covered for a min of £1000".
Can I access my unit at any time?
Yes, you have 24-hours a day access. The facilities are manned from 9am-5pm in case you need any extra help or guidance.
Do you offer support in languages other than English?
Yes! We offer multilingual support, including assistance in Urdu and Punjabi.
Can I get help receiving business deliveries?
Absolutely. We accept packages on your behalf and safely store them in your unit. Just let our team know in advance.
What security measures are in place?
Each unit has an electronic lock, a unique pin, and is individually alarmed.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We have electronic locks on our units so saves you the hassle and cost of buying a lock and keeping a key safe.
